Or, if you already practice on your own but would like to experience the power of group meditation, please consider joining me at Quest Fitness on Friday, March 8 @ 5:30pm for a 30 min sit in a peaceful, quiet space of the Yoga Studio. Even though meditation is often seen as an individual practice, the resonance effect of doing it in a group can make meditation more profound personally and socially.

Seating options: On yoga mat (with blankets/blocks for comfort) or in a chair.
