Join me for a three part series introducing the practice and principles of Yoga. We will explore basic postures (poses that you will see in almost every yoga class), touch on theory (what is yoga, exactly?), and basic meditation/breathwork (don’t worry… you don’t have to be good at sitting still!). It is my sincere desire to encourage conversation, demonstration, and play time, that will build the foundation for a healthy and safe yoga practice. This informational series is designed to meet the needs of a brand new beginner or the practitioner who wishes to re-connect with their yoga practice.
