Feeling a bit sluggish after the winter? Join us for a 6 Week exploration of cleansing the body through Yoga asana (poses) and breath work/meditation. Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga will be offered along with time devoted to breath work/meditation intended to cultivate feelings of vitality and well-being in the body and mind.
