Yoga Nidra, also known as "Yogic Sleep" or sleep with awareness, is a unique way to unwind the nervous system, the body's foundation of well-being. with guided imagery and body scanning we will take a systematic approach to relaxation that allows the practitioner to physiologically and psychologically sink into it. A holistic approach to healing the physiologic, neurologic, and subconscious body. We will begin with 30 min of Yin Yoga to prepare the body for relaxation, followed by a 45 min Yoga Nidra.
